They service itself to the vehicle is ok but they are always trying to charge more $$ and tell you things that need to be done when they don't. Been doing business with Rohan’s for over 30 years. This last maintenance visit for my 2022 Toyota Camry corporate lease vehicle was the worst ever! I went in with a left rear tire pressure of 31 poun This last maintenance visit for my 2022 Toyota Camry corporate lease vehicle was the worst ever! I went in with a left rear tire pressure of 31 pounds and when I left the tire pressure on the left front was 31 pounds - so they did rotate the tires but did not check and make the tire pressures correct. They were all over the place - from 31 to 37 pounds. And - the maintenance reminder light was not reset. Makes me wonder if they checked anything at all?? Maybe this is the way they treat Toyota corporate vehicles??? More

I am working in Lafayette thought I’d try the Toyota dealership here. I felt very uncomfortable. I had to tell the tech person about my truck. He had no idea that I got a new engine in March of 2022…. He tried to sell me everything this was my second oil change since engine was changed…& all parts coming into New engine were new as well….water pump, wires, plugs, etc…. He told me that info wasn’t there…. Hard to believe my VIN number don’t pull up everything about that truck…. If it don’t …..why have my VIN number??? Dyersburg Tennessee was where the work was done…. I will in the future keep my business in Texas on my trips home….. the cost of my oil change was a bit more than in Texas as well…. I was quoted but also given a disclaimer….. anything to tack on $10-$15 more….. More
This is the first time in 18 years of doing business that we have been unhappy with Rohrman Toyota. The determining factor this time was the “Lo Jack” put on our vehicle without allowing us time to conside we have been unhappy with Rohrman Toyota. Also, we thought we had a working trade and then were told you all were offering us $500. less for our vehicle. We said yes to the “Lo Jack”, but when we had time to think about it, we decided we didn’t want it at all. When we called to see if it could be changed, we got the run around from staff. We were told someone would call, but we had to keep calling Rohrman because our calls were ignored. We still haven’t heard from the General Manager whom we were told he would call us. We are very disappointed in the integrity and respect of your staff. More

As I expected, my experience with Bob Rohrman Toyota was nothing but excellent. Christopher was very helpful and easy to talk to. He sent me all the information I needed ahead of time so that once I got to nothing but excellent. Christopher was very helpful and easy to talk to. He sent me all the information I needed ahead of time so that once I got to the dealership, all there was to do was go for a test drive and run the numbers. His help really made the purchase process a lot less intimidating. Speaking of numbers, Ben from the finance department was an absolute lifesaver in bringing down my monthly payments. Thanks to him, I was actually able to afford a warranty and GAP protection on my vehicle! There's a reason I keep driving Toyotas, and it's as much for the wonderful staff as it is for the high-quality vehicles. More
