I recently paid a “small shop” to replace both of my headlamp assembly’s in my 2008 Prius because of age, however he did not adjust them properly so I decided to bring it to a Trained Technician at a To headlamp assembly’s in my 2008 Prius because of age, however he did not adjust them properly so I decided to bring it to a Trained Technician at a Toyota Store…….I had an oil change and requested that both headlights be adjusted properly. I think the bill was Around $170 total…the very next day I was on an overnight trip when I noticed the problem, I couldn’t drive down the road without oncoming traffic flashing me thinking my highbeams are on, and when I did turn on my high beams they were pointed in the trees! ABSOLUTELY will never go back for ANY type of Service!! I don’t mind paying a high price if somethings done properly, But Bob Rohrman Toyota over charged and under delivered!! Stay Away. More
