The customer service team made sure I was comfortable and the service tech who worked on my car took the time to show me what the problem was. He fixed and problem and I was on my way. I also have to mention the sales group at the next building. I had to use the restroom during my visit and it was raining. When I was about half-way across the parking lot, a young man came running with an umbrella to walk me over to his building.
