As long as I own my Kia if I don't have to take it to your dealership I never will! Your service person told me that they took the door panel off to find my problem! When I first walked through the doors I was welcomed and acknowledged. I had a salesman who took the time to listen to my needs and concerns which was a good thing because I was not being heard by the other acknowledged.
