While I was at your dealership having my Kia Optima serviced..... for a particular problem...... I was sitting in the service department waiting area! My vehicle was parked right next to the door/ window to the service bay! Frankie and your service department told me that they took the door panel off to resolve my problem! They said they found the issue within the door panel! I was able to see my vehicle the whole time...... and they never ever took the door panel off! A few weeks earlier Bob Rohrman Kia put a new motor in my Optima! At that time they recommended that I have my front brakes serviced! I declined at that time! This time....... they also recommended that I have my front brakes serviced! My front wheels were never taken off of my vehicle the whole time I was there.... for them to see my brakes! What makes them think that I did not have my front brakes serviced the day before? Why did they try to upsell me on things?
