Sticker price was $29,995 basically $30,000 we get back to finance manager we are financing almost $34000 we put $2500 down. he tried to explain it away. Would not give us the sticker in the window after we where done.. We get home very unsatisfied we call Qwen she told us she would work it out get us in a different vehicle. They call me Monday afternoon and tell me they will give me $24000 for the car back it has 170 MILES ON IT.. Slap in face .. They just added $3000 to sticker price. We traded it else where. But still this put us in a financial mess.. We Then took the paper in from dealer to get reimbursed for the added insurances. And some how that paper is lost. now they want us to fill out there paper and start all over. salesman Danny is young and new but great. He was having a hard time at knowing they do customers like they did us. The whole changing new sticker prices and not giving you window sticker WHEN FINISHED should be against the law. I have thought about calling channel 18 to do a story. I think the community should know what's going on at Bob Rohrman. Thanks, Alvin & Omie DeAnda 765-585-6964 call anytime.. I will give you the opportunity to make this right with us before i post publicly. And ask for a interview.
