Even though we had a set appointment time we had to wait a very long time. Our sales person, Daniel Aveline, was great on the phone, but totally lacking when we got there. This was our first time seeing a 2021 Pilot, would have been nice to have him go over any features of the car, anything new (we own a 2013 Pilot). But he showed us nothing! We were trading in a car, and they had given us a number on the phone, but said that could change once they saw the trade in. My husband had to ask him multiple times what the trade in value of the car was going to be, Daniel said I’ll get you to finance once they finish up with another customer.
