Ethan was very helpful in finding us a vehicle that we liked and answered all the questions we had. we noticed on the way home that the windshield had a chip in it, I called Ethan and he set up the servic liked and answered all the questions we had. we noticed on the way home that the windshield had a chip in it, I called Ethan and he set up the service call to get it fixed. We purchased the vehicle on 2-14-22 and on 3-17-22 we were on our way home and the vehicle started missing out and would run only 35mph I called Ethan and he hooked me up with the service department to get it checked out. When I brought the SUV in it was running fine. Jenny my service advisor explained to me what needed to be checked out and took care of the problem, she was very helpful and knew what she was talking about. I am and was not happy that we had to put 441.00 into the SUV before we even made our first payment, that has never happened before. More
