I had issues with a former dealership and they assured me that my experience wouldn't be the same. My saleman Gabriel Patterson was great very professional and very patient with me because I'm a piece of work at times. He promised that he will handle all my previous issues and he was a man of his word. Bob Maxey even called and checked on me make sure everything was moving in the right direction. That to me shows that they value me as a customer and appreciate my business. So if you are due to get a new car or lease Gab is the man to see. She knew when I purchased the protection plan I had another understanding of what it was and she allowed me to feel safe. Today, when I returned my vehicle she act like she never seen me and she told unknowing as to what I was speaking about. I find her to be untrustworthy and I know she deliberately mislead me to thinking that package would cover my mile overage. As I informed her today, she is unbelievable in my mind and nothing she can ever say moving forward would sound like there would be any truth in it. I would need buy another Ford or Lincoln product. For some reason the car I ordered took a very long time to arrive in the U.S., and then proceeded to be "In Transit" forever! Not the fault of the dealership. They were very kind and went out of their way to keep me happy. They actually gave me a loan of a new Explorer so I could get out of my current lease vehicle until my new car arrived. I couldn't be happier with Mark, the manager, the wonderful woman in the finance office and everyone at Maxey. Love the new car!!! More

Excellent service and repair work, but work delayed I've gone to this dealership since I bought my car in 2011. I've always had good service...the intake staff is very friendly and professional. They've gotten to know me by name and will pick me up at my apartment and drop me off as needed, which adds to the sense of personal service. My last repair was replacing a clutch and my vehicle was at the dealership and out of commision for about 7 or 8 business days and they didn't have a rental to use. It was very inconvenient. This is a minor complaint for this many years of service. I will continue to use them. More

I don't know why, it seemed that everyone wanted to talk to the person that was handling my financial transaction. I was totally frustrated with this portion of my new vehicle purchase. More
