think FORD FIRST..customers LAST!!!! If your in a contract that gives someone 15,000 over 3 years then they should be friendly but don't be fooled. Check your signed contract.. above your signature shows the salesman is not obligated to promise you anything. Despite the buddy buddy superficial initial encounter, If you go home and find an option missing..too bad. They will not lose the 2300 to 4500 to correct the mistake. ($ flows in one direction at this business) But they can correct wrong vin#s entered and incorrect car titles. At Advantage Ford in Duarte CA = the largest Ford dealer in the US, I bought the same vehicle 6 months earlier without a problem. But a Bob Maxey Ford my needs were last thing they considered. Arbitration was a joke. Perjury is unchecked. Salesmen lie and there are no parking lot cameras to verify actual transactions. New slogan should be...THINK FORD FIRST..CUSTOMERS LAST! Adios Bob Maxey Unfortunately, I have to resort to email to try and get in touch with my salesperson, Gabe. I have left three voice messages, called his office multip Unfortunately, I have to resort to email to try and get in touch with my salesperson, Gabe. I have left three voice messages, called his office multiple times and was told by him that I would be getting a response early last week.. and still have not been acknowledged . Throughout my lease, I have been working with a great salesperson from Crest Ford and thought I would make it easier on myself and turn my vehicle into the Detroit location due to convenience. The turn in process went well as expected due to my car being damage free ( minus a little scratch on my left side door) which was discussed with him . I brought my car into the body shop ( a few weeks before my car was due) and was told by the manager ( Tom) that it was nothing and to take black nail polish to my car, which I was shocked with his response. I was never handed any touch up paint or directed otherwise. I had filed an insurance claim due to my car being broken into ( window and scratch) and paid my deductible. I did not go forward with this claim because I was told by both Tom and Gabe that his can be buffed out and/or marked as lot damage and not to worry. I brought this minor scratch to his attention to avoid what I am going through right now. In fact, Gabe, my boyfriend and I walked around the car and no further damage was noted. I left the dealership confident and told him I would be back for another lease. As of now, this is not the case and will not be moving forward with another Ford. I received a bill in the mail for $306.98 regarding a "10 inch mark on the left side" and spoke with Ford Credit regarding the charge and was told to contact my salesperson to send over an invoice to clear my balance. Gabe will not return any of my phone calls, will not respond to my emails and/or will his managers. I will be filing a formal complaint and will never do business with Bob Maxey Ford again. Just wanted them to know they lost all business with my family and friends ? More

We bought our Edge from Maxey Ford in 2007. Ed worked with me on price and found several factory discount programs that we qualified for - ultimately beating the other Ford dealer I spoke with simply bec with me on price and found several factory discount programs that we qualified for - ultimately beating the other Ford dealer I spoke with simply because Ed took the time to find the all the discount programs. I've been back for service several times since then. Art in the service department has been great to work with. The repairs that brought me to the dealership in the first place have always been fixed right the first time. On virtually every visit - Art has checked into the recall history on the vehicle - and has fixed other issues (one of which would have been an expensive fix had it not of been for the recall!) without me having to ask for it. Repairs have been completed in the timeframes promised, their concierge service has shuttled my wife (she's the principal driver on this vehicle) from the dealership to her work - and back and with minimal delay. They even run the car through their wash rack - sending us home with a clean car each time. To be honest, I was a little hestitant about purchasing from them at first - simply because they're not the most conveniently located dealership in relation to where I live. However, they've more than made up for that with their service. I fully expect to return for my next purchase. More
