service department Not sure if I would recommend the service department. I had an issue when I dropped off the Flex to be services for an oil change. It took all day and Not sure if I would recommend the service department. I had an issue when I dropped off the Flex to be services for an oil change. It took all day and when I called to see if I could get picked up because I was off work I was told someone was on their way, an hour later I called back and I was told that there were no drivers. I then had a co-worker bring me to the dealership. Upon picking up the Flex I noticed that it had been washed but not very well, the inside had not been vacuumed. I was told that you no longer do that portion ok call me spoiled because when I had my Kia Soul some of the services you charge for it was free with having your car serviced. Like fluids checked, tire pressure, vacuuming, etc. More

I decided to try Bob Maxey Ford but knew i was going to be out of a pretty good chunk of money downtown and all. Before I could get in the door the manager met me I explain what I was hearing told him no one heard it nor could fixed it, he came right out right then and drove my car he heard the noise knew what was wrong right away and the next day or two it was fixed, no more noise, car drives so quite its unbelievable. I had been looking around to purchase another car soon because of the noise couldn't stand the noise, but thanks to Bob Maxey Ford that won't be in the forecast now for a while Thank God and Thank Bob Maxey Ford . I will always bring my car and recommend others to check Bob Maxey Ford first when there is a problem. P.S. Price was't bad at all. More
