I am thoroughly disgusted with this dealership in general! I purchased a vehicle from Bob Maxey in April of this year. A few days after my very first scheduled full oil change and safety inspection, general! I purchased a vehicle from Bob Maxey in April of this year. A few days after my very first scheduled full oil change and safety inspection, my car stopped on the freeway on my way to work due to low oil pressure, and is now in the shop due to engine failure. This after I'd taken it back the next day because I noticed leaking from underneath and I was told to not worry about it. Not to mention them changing my contract after the signing and adding an additional $4000 to my note due to all kinds of hidden fees! The salesman who sold me the vehicle actually wrote another persons name on the contract as the sales person, which should have been the first red flag! Very shady dealings at this dealership; Never Again. More

Bob Maxey Ford has bern my only car dealer since 1975, when it was called Nate Conyers Ford. It’s only 2-3 blocks from my home, and I’ve been happy working with them for 40+ years. I got a new starter which so far is fine but I now seem to have an oil leak coming from one of the hoses. I have never had a leak on this car since I have owned it. I called and discussed my problem and th to have an oil leak coming from one of the hoses. I have never had a leak on this car since I have owned it. I called and discussed my problem and the service manager who wants to charge me to look at the hose even though I just got it out of their service department. And they are sure that they did not cause this new leak. I doubt I will return to Bob Maxey for any future business. More

I went in for regular oil change and check up. The staff noticed a minor dent and which apparently happened in a parking lot that was previously unknown by me.
