I am amazed that not only did the salesman and the sales manager work extremely hard to put me in the vehicle that I desired, the financial advisor (Donna Lineberry) went above and beyond any expectation that I would have ever had. I did a deal on Saturday with one bank, but on Monday she came back into work and saw that another bank (Kia) had picked me up and lowered my interest rate tremendously. I've never worked with anyone at a dealership that would go above and beyond the way that she did. I know how busy this dealership truly is, as I experience this every time that I am there.
