We were looking for a vehicle for our granddaughter. When we took it home and told her it was hers she was thrilled to pieces about it. Her previous car had been and old one and it finally died. She was very excited about all its features. Dave was so helpful the next day when she took it up and he showed her all the features and helped her load her phone into the car. While we were there we were shown one of the Kia vans which we fell in love with. However it has to be handcapped accessible and that is very expensive. So hopefully we can do that in the future and add another Kia to our family. The sales personel was so very friendly. Donna was fantastic the second day we went back and while David was working with our granddaughter Donna went over the extended warranty that we purchased. I had not been there the day my husband bought the car so I had a few questions. Once again a great please to do buisness with as everyone was friendly, patiend, not pushy, and very willing to help in any way they could. THE COLLISION/BODY SHOP IS THE GREATEST. We purchased a 2012 Kia Soul for our granddaughter. She was very excitied about this car and had the sales rep (David Zayas) show her all the bells and whistles on 2012 Kia Soul for our granddaughter. She was so excitied about the car, however, she got it Thursday afternoon and drove it to school on Friday morning and got REARENDED by another student before she even made it into the parking lot. She was so upset as her previous car had been a very old one which finally died. However, after the insurance adjuster came out and evaluated the car we immediately took it into Bob King Kia Collision/Body shop. We made arrangements to take it in and have it repaired. Mike Daniels however would not repair the bumper, etc. like insurance adjuster wanted to do. He called her and advised her that they would not do that and that it had chips and tears and would need a new one replaced....she agreed...THANKS DANIEL. We were so happy he did that as our granddaughter thought her car would never look good again. She was so very happy and excitied when she saw the car because it looked just like it did the day we gave it to her. THE COLLISION/BODY SHOP DOES A FANTASTIC JOB....AND MIKE IS THE GREATEST. I went in on a Saturday, April 21 - just to look at the 2012 Kia Sportage before making a decision about a compact SUV (I had driven 5 different models at that point). I was very happy with the "pick up" of the model and the sporty wheels...not to mention all of the other bells and whistles that it had (and the safety ratings). George knew everything about the car and told me what to expect. He was very personable and was extremely nice to my daughter and nephew. Donna was a very comfortable person to work with as well. She was very personable, she had many different options of warranties and coverages available for me and she worked hard to get the payment that I needed. It just felt "at home" when I was working with her. They were so helpful and it was the quickest car purchase that I had done ever (whenever I had been in other dealerships in the past, it always took ALL DAY LONG!!) We went to another dealer who had made a good deal for us on a car,a 2011 demo, so I called Bullfrog and he said to give him a chance and he would try to put us in a new 2012 at the same price or better. I left the other dealership to see what he could work out and it was worth the trip and I'm very glad I gave Bob King Kia and Jeremiah the opportunity to help me. This car was for my wife and our family car to take trips with. To make this more interesting. We got to talking about gas prices and my pick up truck and just on a whim I took my truck over there to get appraised. I understand some cars have more mark up than others and have more room to work with, but by the time they were done, I couldn't walk away. This makes my 4th car that I have purchased from Bob King Kia and from Jeremiah. There has been No pressure. The atmosphere is very friendly, even the other sales people. I have dealt with the service department as well as the body shop and every department is as friendly and helpful as I have ever dealt with. I would recommend Jeremiah,Bob King Kia and the Kia cars to anyone looking for a dependable vehicle with the best warranty going, plus great gas milage. Nothing but praises for these guys !!! More
