We enjoyed working with Scott in the purchase of our 2010 Kia Soul. We had been looking to purchase one and looking for a while. Scott contacted us to let us know what was coming in. When we arrived, the one we went to look at was already sold. Scott showed us another one fresh off of a lease with low miles and a good price. The experience we had with Scott and Donna was flawless. We would recommend them to our friends and neighbors. When we get ready to purchase again, we will certainly go back and talk to them first. I had spoken to Damion Galloway in regards to a new Kia. Damion kept me updated, but was never pushy, on new vehicles he thought I would be interested in. When I saw one on line at a GREAT price, I contact Damion kept me updated, but was never pushy, on new vehicles he thought I would be interested in. When I saw one on line at a GREAT price, I contacted Damion. We did most everything over the phone. We went to get the new FORTE today....fulling expecting the amount to have changed, or that car not to be there....we had dealt with a not-so-nice dealer just a week prior and didn't have high hopes for all to go smoothly. We encountered very nice service, NO problems...the amount WAS different than we had settled on the phone....it was LESS! Damion went over everything with us before we left and we were delighted with him. Damion is a friendly, polite, young man and the next car we buy...we'll be calling Damion! Donna was lovely to deal with in the finance department too. She went over everything, answered every question and was very patient and sweet with us. Thank you both!!! More

I have been in need of more room to haul my Aunts & Mom around, but I Love a Truck, so I visited the website seen a Kia Sorento that I felt I just had to have. Well once on the lot A "BullFrog" came to my rescue(LOL). As Jeremiah approached me, we talked about what I needed more than what I wanted, so as we are browsing the lot, he says here you go, and let me test drive the 2010 Kia Sportage.My main concern when deciding to purchase a vehicle was it has to be 6cyl and go in the snow, (I have family in WV&TN, and in the Winter if I go visit they know it is gonna snow), lol. So I looked at a couple more SUV's, but chose to see if loan would be approved for the Sportage, and wow what a Blessing. Jeremiah called me I was at work, and said "what time will you be by to take home your Sportage", well I nearly fainted, and proudly said I get off at 3 could be there by 4. I went to the dealership, The BullFrog meet me again, and I signed all necessary papers, and received keys to my Kia Sportage, with affordable payments, and great customer service. Bob King Kia employees made my day and I will never forget that experience. My very loving husband surprised me with a new 2012 Dark Cherry Kia Optima on 10/26/2012. I had NO earthly idea that he was going to buy me a new car on that extra special exciting day last week. I am VERY pleased with the positive and caring experience that my husband and I received at your dealership. I bought a 2003 Toyota Corolla, but it now has highway miles on it and since my husband and I have our wonderful two year old Angel, it was mandatory that in due time, I have a newer car, but I had no idea that my car would be brand new! Jeremiah ("Bullfrog") and Donna ("Lotus") took great care of me all throughout my purchase of 2013 Kia Soul. Michael was very courteous and we felt like he wasn't trying to push us into a deal. I told him we couldn't make it there one day because my daughter was sick. I called a couple of days later and the first thing he did was ask how my daughter was doing - and he recalled her first name! That impressed me. When test-driving, Michael was able to tell us every feature on the Soul and able to answer every question we asked. We like that he obviously had done his homework and knew the details. Michael is very personable and more interested in making sure you leave happy, even if you leave without buying a car. I highly recommend him as a salesman! More

The sale was made when Scott Dowd thanked me for being a veteran. It only helped to also find out that he is a recent veteran and a devoted father. We talked about our Dads so much that I almost forgot that I had signed a bunch of paperwork with Jay Barnes. These three gentlemen are absolutely the best I've ever worked with at an auto dealership. Yes, I feel we got a great car (Optima) and made a great buy. But I will mostly remember the people.
