Prior to our first visit, we received a call from Mr. Antwone Clark, inviting us to visit the dealership. Expressing an interest in a pre-owned Kia, we arrived at the Kia dealership the next day and was "immediately" greeted by Bob King partner, Mr. Quate. It was obvious that he was already familiar with our situation based on his conversation with Mr. Clark. He "personally" showed us around until we selected a Sorento that we loved. After providing us with refreshments, we took a test drive and immediately fell in love with this vehicle. Initially, we were not sure that our budget would permit us to own such a "luxurious" SUV. However, Ms. Donna Lineberry, Financial Director, was able to make our dream come true. Thanks to her dilgence, she was able to put together a package that we could afford in "record" time. I am in the business of "customer service" and I can truly attest that we were impressed with the quality of service we received; not feeling "rushed" into this process yet getting everything we wanted without going through a lot of "red tape." This staff is "exceptional" and this will keep us coming back for many years to come and also recommending this dealership to our friends and family. More

The whole experience was great with Donna Owens being extremely informative and helpfull to us when it came to making important purchase decisions. We traded in our Sportage and bought a new Van in record time. In all the years I have been buying cars, this was by far the least stressful of them all. I told them what I was lookng for, they showed me what they had, I slept on it for a day and went back and made the the least stressful of them all. I decided I would like a KIA Sorento for my next new car. I travel the state for a living so I thought I would stop at several KIA dealers to see who could find me the Sorento I wanted at the price I thought I travel the state for a living so I thought I would stop at several KIA dealers to see who could find me the Sorento I wanted at the price I thought was fair. First stop was at the dealer in Charlotte on Independence Blve. I talked to the sales manager and he said he would try to locate me a car and then give me a call back. I arrived in Winston at Bob King KIA late the same afternoon. George Welcome the sales person introduced himself and we discussed what Sorento I was looking for (cooler, style, engine, etc. I knew the package I was looking for would be difficult to find. George introduced me to Phillip Hamilton (sales manager) and Phillip said he would try to locate the Sorento I was looking for. In about 15 minutes Phillip had located the car I was looking for at another dealer. Phillip continued with an offer for my extremely high millage Odyssey that blew me away. That along with factory incentives were going to be hard to beat. I told George I was going to check with one other dealer in Raleigh the next day while I was there and make a decision. I wasted my time by stopping in Raleigh. The next day I ask George to secure the Sorento I wanted. The saying on the radio is true (Nobody can beat Bob King KIA) I would like to think George and Phillip for the great deal and courteous service they gave me. It has been about three weeks and the sales manager in Charlotte has yet to call me back concerning locating me a car. Randy Pence More
Overall experience at dealership was excellent. Warm and friendly associates throughout the business. Our salesman Jeremiah was light hearted and knowledgeable about the Forte we were interested in. Even though buying a vehicle can be a long drawn out affair, Jeremiah made the wait bearable through engaging conversation and light humor. The dealership was clean and uncluttered, complimentary coffee, tea and gooey chocolate chip cookies were offered. The only thing that I could say I was disappointed in is that the body shop did not buff out the vehicle when they cleaned it up for sale, several smudges and marks were found on the car upon closer inspection. There was a vast difference in the atmosphere, treatment, and professionalism of the salespersons and staff between the two dealers. In particular, my salesman, Antwone Clark was the utmost professional salesperson I've ever encountered. Antwone was polite, honest, and personable; all qualities that most car salespeople generally lack. The credit approval/financing process was painless and quick. It literally took me less than two hours from the moment I stepped on the lot to driving my new vehicle home. Antwone sold me a 2010 Kia Optima, which was very clean and well-kept. I would definitely recommend Bob King Kia, as well as Antwone Clark for anyone looking to have a no-frills, high-quality vehicle shopping experience. The folks at Bob King Kia make their customers feel welcome, like family, as opposed to another "client". When the time comes to purchase another vehicle, Bob King Kia will be my first and only stop!
