When my clunker that I was driving finally died on me, I decided I would go to Bob King Kia and just see what they could do for me, not expecting to drive my 2015 Kia Soul home that day-With payments that aren't breaking the bank! Stephen Grace was freaking AWESOME, and greeted us, and got right to business. I told him I was looking at a Soul, and he got the keys and we took it for a spin. I fell in love with that car, just like I thought I would. We got back to the office and he had someone look at my trade in, and they gave me WAY more than it was worth for it! We crunched the numbers and I SAID YES!!! I was almost in tears after a year of "no"'s from all the other guys, Bob King Kia and Stephen Grace made me a VERY happy customer! We decided to try Bob King Kia which was 30 miles from our home. Our search started on the internet with a chat with Stacey with a follow up call from Niya. Both were very helpful. Everyone was very up front and everything was transparent. It was such an easy car buying experience. Our salesman Dennis Baldwin made things very easy and the GM James was easy to deal with as well.
