After the previous 3 dealers I had gone too kept shuffling numbers and hiding the real cost to me, the Bo Blake and his team did exactly what I asked. Good service until you leave the lot Bought a used Equinox from the Kia dealership. The price was great the people were great when we got there. Tried to hook up Bluetooth find out it doesn't have Bluetooth is just Bluetooth ready. Dealer ever told us it had Bluetooth during test drive. Have tried contacting dealer since to see what we can do about it if they would pay the 300 to put the part in or what. Can't even get a yes or no answer. Or a call back More

Everyone made my purchase go as smooth as silk. I was looking at a few cars in their inventory on Wednesday night and I was driving home in a 2015 Optima by Thursday evening. I've been needing a newer car for some time and I kept putting it off because of having to deal with car dealerships and salespeople. Everyone at Bob King Kia was a professional and worked with me every step of the way. After sending in a few requests on some cars on the Bob King Kia website on Wednesday night, Stacy called me the next morning. Being at work which is quite loud, I had to resort to texting. Stacy had no problem answering my questions through texts. Once she found what I think I was looking for she passed me over to Phillip, who was able work me a deal I was happy with. Once I got home from work I was able to talk to Phillip on the phone and he gave me some good options as to what I could do. I made my decision and told him I would come in on Friday once I was able to find someone who could bring me to the dealership to finalize the deal. Phillip quickly offered to have one of the salespeople drive to my home(in Madison) about 50 minutes away and bring me to the dealership. About 40 minutes later Blake shows up at my door and drives me to Bob King Kia, where I got the car I wanted at the monthly payments I wanted. Blake finished my paperwork and went over the particulars of the deal and showed around the car and all its options. He even got my phones Bluetooth synced to the car.
