She was very sweet & professional. Niya invited me to Bob King Kia to see what they could do on my trade-in. What a day to be purchasing a new vehicle! It was pouring down the rain. Patrick Mabe was the Sales Professional who opened the door & greeted me. He took the time to gather the information on what I was interested in & not what would boost his car sales. It didn't take long to realize that this young man was very patient, knowledgeable & professional. I knew as soon as I test drove the 2015 Kia Optima EX, I was sold! Patrick began the process. Bob King Kia gave me a better trade-in than the website estimate. Antwone Clark, Finance Manager, put me at ease from the start. The financial process went so smooth, I really couldn't believe I was purchasing a new vehicle. Niya McCain & James Juarez, General Manger, both took the time to personally introduce themselves while I was waiting to seal the deal. I couldn't believe in just 4-hours I was driving my 2015 Kia Optima EX off Bob King Kia's lot. Being a 58-year old widow, I truly felt Bob King Kia took excellent care of me. It was like Blake was right there waiting to help as we pulled in. He listened to what I was looking for, showed me a few cars..found one i liked but really wanted it in white. Went inside and after about an hour he asked me to come outside and there was a beautiful white Optima. He is an excellent salesman, very patient, easy to talk too. I would recommend him to anyone that's looking for a new or used car. When i got there i was anxious to find something, not in the greatest mood because of my misfortune the week before but i left there HAPPY with the service and especially the car.
