My sales rep was Pat and he was very kind, understanding, and patient during the entire purchase. I was having an allergic reaction and just felt crummy but he dealt with my somber demeanor with grace. He even offered to take me to the hospital if I needed to be driven and checked on both me and the car the next day. It was a very customer oriented atmosphere and was an awesome feeling to walk out satisfied, with new keys for the exact car I was asking about. There was no pressure to look at or buy anything else and they were all just super helpful. More
