All the personnel that we met were friendly. Ronnie Quate, the managing partner, was in and out of the showroom while we were there. He was friendly, relaxed, while over seeing the business being carried out. One of the other things I liked was the transparency of the personnel. No one promised or told us anything that they didn't deliver. My only disappointment was the length of time of it took to conclude the deal after we agreed on the price; however, I have encountered this problem in other dealerships. That changed when sales rep, Dennis Baldwin, took the time and effort to explain the features of today's Sedona and the extraordinary efforts he and the W-S dealership would go to to help us into a new, improved (and working) vehicle. In the end, Dennis worked around our maintenance issue, made the money "right" and even hand-delivered (with an actual big pink bow on it) my wife's new Sedona to our home some 25 miles from the dealership. Throughout the process, Dennis was knowledgeable, patient, personable and professional. We highly recommend him and the dealership for your car buying needs.
