1/18-- let me say the salesman was great. EVERYTHING ELSE SUCKED. we were looking for a third(back up) car found what we liked not a common car we would go for(great test drive). I told the salesman what we were going to do by contacting our insurance company and to see what kind of rates my wife's bank or mine could provide. The finance manger JP came out and showed us why we will never do business with BOB King KIA. He started out by saying what would it take for us to sign today? we were up front on what we were going to do and signing was not in the picture when he asked why I told him, He proceeded to make my wife feel stupid and me mad. This is before he ran credit check or knew that we saved for and we could buy this car off BOB'S lot outright but we wanted to finance a few years for credit. He proceeded to tell us before knowing us and "Stated this was out of our price range" for us there is an old saying never judge a book by its cover mmmm ( do you smell a lost sale here) I was sick at the time or I would have corrected him on the spot we just left. So this is when we got online and found the same car in many different colors 3 to 4000 dollars cheaper an hour away go figure its worth the $20.00 in gas to never set foot on their lot again. I would never recommend them JP need a people class and im not just shoot off here i have over 10 years in the automotive field. More

I bought a used Kia almost 2 years ago that gave me alot of trouble. Brian in the service department has been exceptional and he is the reason that I decided to buy another Kia. I was afraid that when I got there no one would hear me when I told them about the problems with my car and that I would be unable to get a fair deal since I knew I was upside down in my car. John (the vice president) listened and worked with us the whole time. He gave me more than I already owed on my car and worked with me on the price of my new Kia Soul. He kept a smile on his face the whole time and after they drove my car off of the sales floor he personally swept up the dirt. I think that says alot about a person when the boss is willing to do the dirty work in a business. The salesman that wrote everything up (Scott) took me out after the car was purchased and programmed my phone into it and showed me how everything worked. He didn't have to do that since I had already bought and signed. I would buy another Kia because of the people that work there. I think they are fair and honest which is a rare find in the car buying world. More

For the 1st time I can remember, buying a car was a pleasure and not a hassle. I walked in and I spoke my mind, saying exactly what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay monthly. It was perfect, I did not look at any more cars, I had found the one and the price was right on the money. I was absolutely amazed at how well this facilty runs, there was no haggling, running, waiting, pulling out my hair...and the people listened to what I wanted. A painless car shopping experience. Where do I start maybe from the begining. I started my Saturday afternoon with my heart set on purchasing a 2011 Sportage (red). I found the exact one I wanted only in silver that of coarse was not going Saturday afternoon with my heart set on purchasing a 2011 Sportage (red). I found the exact one I wanted only in silver that of coarse was not going to do it had to be red! So Scott bless his heart when on the search for a 2011 basic Sportage in red. Wouldnt you know there arent any because of the strike in Korea and that's where the Sportage is made. Just my luck! Bob King had a Sportage in red but it was fully loaded and a big $ tag to go with it!I was heartbroken I could not afford the car. Scott and Donna did their very best and tried everything they could think of to get me in that car with a good % rate and affordable monthly payments. STILL A NO GO!!! Donna told not to give up and Scott said they would keep their eyes open. It was a very sad ride home I almost cried all the way!! Then long about 2:30pm on the following Monday Donna called. You'll never believe what happened she told me. I said what, what's going on? She said I have a sportage for you!!! WHAT, I said? I wasnt sure I heard her right. She said it's a 2007 sportage in great condiction with low mileage,it's not red but silver.I said I do not care. Donna said well come on down and pick up your new car!!! I was so happy I was crying again but this time tears of joy!!! Then Donna said better yet you stay where you are and I'll have Scott come pick you up! The rest is history as they say. I'm in love with the 2007 Sportage and may drive it till the axels fall off! Donna and Scott went above and beond and I'm so greatful from the bottom of my heart! I've been telling everyone about how great Bob King is! Thanks guys!!! When and if I ever need another car you know where I'm going!!!! More
