I first went online and looked at their specials that they had in the new cars. Then I called them and talked to Jared and told him what I wanted to do. I traded a 2004 Toyota which had over 232K miles on it. I got a wonderful deal, and could not have asked for a better treatment from these folks. My daughter and her husband had bought from them over a year ago, and they got a $50 referral check as well. I plan on buying from them in the future and send all my friends there. Got a great deal and everyone should check with these folks before they buy a car. Bob King Kia in Winston-Salem is the place to GO....They should change their name to KING KIA. Hello I am Susan H & Robert R. We had been to a few different dealerships before we had purchased our new 2011 Kia Soul. Our experiences with the other dealerships were extremely horrible. The dealership in Greensboro NC happen to be a nissan dealer who tried to force us into a new 2011 Nissan Versa nice car but we could not even fit into this car, as I am a fullsized woman. When we refused this car we were treated like garbage, lied too and not worth their time to try and get us another choice of cars. The next dealership (used cars and nearly new ) tried to force us into vehicles we did not want which had so many miles on them with outrageous prices. But the crazy part is they would not even warranty or gaurantee their own cars they were trying to sell us. Eventhough they had many onlot to chose from that had a warranty. So we then said screw them all and we took our business elsewhere which led us to Bobkingkia.com after days and hours of researching we filled out an online application and within an hour we were in phone conversations. Our cituation was very tricky and had to be handled with extreme matters. Yes a used car was presented to us because they were working with the finance companies to qualify us because of our cituation, but the car we were not interested in, although it was very beautiful. We discussed our finances and discussions continued to happened. Then Scott asked me what we really would like to accomplish today! We told them we wanted a new car. We didn't need one with all the bells and whistles we just wanted something with full warranty and gaurantee. We feel if we are going to pay almost the same price for a used car we rather pay a few dollars more to have a new one with the same terms and all the gaurantees. Scott and Donna went into turbo mode working so hard to do all they could, of course everything had to work through the financing department and whoever was to finance for us. And thank God they came up with the 2011 Kia Soul. The only regret I have is it was a stick shift and I wished we had gotten an automatic. I have not driven a stick in 20 years or more. I never liked stick shift always loved automatics. But the car has alot to offer with more room than you think being a crossover from car to mini suv but we love the car. It has enough storage and seating comfortability along with great gas mileage. So in the end everyone at Bob King Kia went above and beyond to help us in every way, even when things didn't look good at times from other finance companies.Donna and Bobkingkia they stuck to their guns and made it happen. I would also love to thank Kenyon at Professional Financing Service in Winstan Salem because it was him and his business who trusted in us and worked out all the details to make our dream of having a new car for the 1st time in our lives come true. well my sister was looking for a car, because hers was tore up we went to many different dealers and no luck.so we ended up at bob king kia in winston salem north carolina.so make a long story short.she g tore up we went to many different dealers and no luck.so we ended up at bob king kia in winston salem north carolina.so make a long story short.she got a brand new one and we ended up getting a used one. she got a 2011 kia soul and we got a 2007 sedona with 45000 miles. we traded in a 2005 grand caravan with 153000 miles and 2,000 cash for ours 2007 sedona internet price was 2,500 cheaper then what was on the car so we got the car for a great price and i got to make are payments what we can aford and and how many years we wanted to pay for it.the car rides nice everyone that has seen the car says we got a good deal and the car is well worth it.. we are very happy with the car i love it.scott and donna did very well with us.they were right up front with what we can do and they can do.never thought we would get a car too that day and i am so glad we went there..scott was very down to earth and fun to spend the day with looking at cars it was a very enjoyable thank you all again and we will be back to do it again when we are ready to trade this one in for a new one in 5 years..thanks betty and george More

Scott was not our original sales professional, however he took his time to stop and answer all questions that we had. Scott was extremely knowledgable about the features on the vehicle and answered every question that we had. Donna also made a point to come and talk to us about questions that we had, not only with our financing options, but about the vehicle. She researched all of our options for us and was genuily looking out for our best interest. We walked away that day with a huge smile on our face knowing that not only did we now have have a great vehicle and receive an awesome deal, but we felt like we were now a part of the Bob King Kia family.
