I went to the service department and they checked it out for damage without an appointment and for no charge. And they gave me a complimentary car wash. We’re happy. More

Great experience I was very impressed with Daniel as a young sales person. He was very friendly and very prompt on everything through the whole experience. He did not waste any time introducing himself and getting down to business. He promptly got keys and went over every aspect of the vehicle inside and out. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was a pleasure to test drive with. He even had his own ideas of showing us how the the vehicle handled and steered. The most surprising thing he told us was he had only been there three months. Wow! I’ve had salesmen with far more experience do such a terrible job and we have even had to figure out the controls ourselves. He seemed to be very transparent as was the dealership. Other dealerships could use some training from Daniel. Service dept was also knowledgeable and I was impressed. Everyone we had contact with was great and we were happy with our purchase. Saleman was grate but processing time was awful I loved the young salesman. He was polite and upbeat. He was also knowledgeable about the car. I will not buy another car from Bpb King.because I kept saying I needed to leave but ended up waiting far too long. I showed them my credit rating and said I had to have the lowest rate possible. When I finally sat down with the loan manager he said the rate would be 4.25 and I replied not acceptable he came back with 3.44. That felt like dishonesty to me. Loan manager _ Ron (don't know his last name) I rate a 1 I was told they were short staffed that day but not until after the sale was completed. I don't accept the excuse, they should have a contingency plan for loan processing or larger staff. and Salesman Daniel Yancey I would give all five stars. More

My only problem is the banks' demand was RIDICULOUS and is why we couldn't close the deal without a down payment ($2.5 to $5K down payment is so silly I wanted to laugh at the banks' demands and bid good riddance, but I had to hold my emotions in check since Daniel and the other guy worked so hard to get me in a Kona that did not work out, kudos to them for trying and not giving up.) Two reasons I gave them 4 stars is because of the bank's outrageous demands that we couldn't close the deal, and then I haven't heard from them since then... which is rather strange. Oh well. No hard feelings. When I save up whatever down payment I could come up with (definitely not going to be $2.5k), I am going back to Bob King Hyundai and try to make a deal again. That dealership already deserved my trust and business. I just hope that I don't have to deal with banks' outrageous demands again. More
