Completely Unprofessional I have owned 4 Hyundai's and always had service at Bob King but will not do so again for service or sales. Took Santa Fe for service at 7:55 am today I have owned 4 Hyundai's and always had service at Bob King but will not do so again for service or sales. Took Santa Fe for service at 7:55 am today. After 2+ Hours received list of recommended item. Made selection. After 2.5 hours texted and called to check on car with no answer. Walked into service area. No one there. They had gone to lunch and forgotten me. When Daniel returned, I asked about my car and he asked who I was, then said "oh yeah". My car had been sitting in the parking lot for over an hour, obviously forgotten. I also own a 2018 Sonata. I love the Hyundai brand but will NEVER return to Bob King. Carolina Hyundai here I come! Test Drove two cars I got a "offer" to test drive any of the new Hyundai cars for $50, so I showed up. The four salesperson came out immediately, which was a little uneasy on me (you guys aren't supposed to do that as it easily turns customers away) But i showed the paper to the first salesperson right in front of me. He bought the 2020 Elantra for me to test drove it. Oddly, it was my second choice of the car. Liked it. Asked him to test drove the Kona, which was my first choice. I liked the Kona 2.0L a lot. I am currently trying to get rid of my xxx Focus due to tranny issues and Ford's total lack of respect for their customers (*see the Ford Focus class action lawsuit for more information*). Told him I'd do a online pre-approval. Hope they will be able to help me get that Kona and get rid of the Focus. No more Ford for me from now and on. Will do business with that dealership no matter what the results would be as it is the FIRST dealership that I have been to that has been really kind to me. More
