Wonderful Experience I had been thinking over the last couple of weeks that I really didn't need 3 cars and should downsize my driveway collection. So I casually went around the Triad, kicking tires and just looking without any real need to purchase anything. I came across Bob King's Hyundai and their selection. Seeing a couple of vehicles that interested me I decided to stop by. I was greeted by Trey, one of the managers, who introduced me to my salesman, Jerry. I told him what I had seen and he happily took me to see them. After looking and sitting in them I didn't feel that I could make them "mine." He then took to showing me other vehicles that he thought would be a better fit. At this point, we had been together about an hour and he showed no signs of needing to rush me. We then happened to come across an 2016 Azera Limited which immediately peaked my interest. We set about going through the options (it really had everything, more than I would have ordered new) and history (29,500 mi) and as it was about 20 minutes past closing, he said he would hold it and set an appointment for the following day to further discuss. I then went home to do some research on this car, which was 100% positive. Arriving the next day, I took another look at the car and shortly after decided that we should discuss a purchase. I then met with another manager, Justin, and we began a very short negotiation as what he offered was more than fair and well worth the deal. All I can say it that all three people, Jerry, Justin and Trey as well as Iesha (the financial manager) were simply wonderful people and a pleasure to deal with. I am writing this review a week after the purchase and absolutely love this can and am so happy I went to Bob King Hyundai and had the opportunity to have these people as my help. More

Billy(one of the managers) and Jason (the general manager) are not friendly, condescending, and liars. They sold me a car and initiated a transaction, knowing my case. During, the salesperson and financial person knew I didn't have a NC drivers license. They continued to sell me the car knowing I didn't have all of the requirements for this establishment. Then I get a text saying that I have to procure a license in TWO days in the middle of the Coronavirus panic (when the DMV and everything else is closed). I was very transparent with Jason that I had the soonest appointment in April. He still told me that it "costs money to have this car on the lot" but would not answer how long it's been on the lot prior to me buying it. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience from employees not knowing the full story to management lying. Go elsewhere. More

We agreed on an all in price and a trade price at the end of the day 6:15 PM on a Saturday. With the late hour, we agreed to return Monday to finalize the purchase. Keep in mind the ALL IN price was established and then $1000 for trade in. On Monday with their finance guy (we were paying cash), the numbers he came to us with were manipulated and we lost the $1000 trade-in that was agreed, that's not quite right, we got $30 off the the agreed to price. The numbers agreed to on Saturday were not honored on Monday. I knew it wasn't right, but could not put my finger on what had happened to us, but, finally I realized that I had been snookered. I Would never recommend this dealership due to the dishonesty that I feel we were treated. Will never buy another vehicle by any company associated with BK. More
