I understand that the issues related to COVID caused the delay, and it is out of their control. Communication with the service department though has been very one sided. After the first week the car was at the shop I don't think I have been contacted more than one time, if even that, on the status of the car. I have had to call and call and call to keep up with what is going on. Even when messages are left, they don't always get returned, and apparently no one other than the particular service advisor can give me any information on the car. Having two adults and two kids going different directions for 3 plus months with one car has been difficult, and has been more difficult and expensive than necessary as a result of the lack of information. I will be looking for a different Hyundai dealership for future repairs. I've tried to be patient and understanding, but this has gotten ridiculous. More
