Bitter Sweet This was my second purchase from Bob King and I was pleased with the "Pre-Service"; meaning the service I received before I purchased the car for my s This was my second purchase from Bob King and I was pleased with the "Pre-Service"; meaning the service I received before I purchased the car for my son. I purchased a 2006 Nissan Sentra; my son's first car. Everything was smooth and Cole was great to work with. Richard, in finance was also very nice. To top it all off, Cole, followed me in the Nissan to present the car to my son. Although this was an "as is" sale, the "Post-Service" could have been a whole lot better. I only had the car 5 days when a problem occurred with the window. I reached out to the dealership for some assistance and was told I could bring it in to the service department and they would give me an estimate. I replied, that is what the service department does anyway. I felt more could have been done since it had only been 5 days since I purchased the car. I ended up taking the car to a window repair shop across the street from my job. Yes, I am a bit salty over this matter with Bob King. I live and I learn. Lesson learned; never purchase an "as is" vehicle no matter how great the service or how great of a deal. Get some type of warranty; even if it's a 30 day warranty. More
