I was created immedIatly by Cole and he really impressed me with his knowledge. I was not planning on buying but while talking he had my trade in inspected. I had to go back to Charlotte that night, I told Cole to email me any new offers. Kole got back to me the next day and I was so impressed with his friendliness and professionalism that I told him I would keep talking to him before looking here in Charlotte.
