Trade in my 2012 Elantra for new ELANTRA!!! I arrived at Bob King on Saturday Sept 20th for my regular check-up/oil change & was greeted by Guadalupe, a lovely & energetic young lady, who showed I arrived at Bob King on Saturday Sept 20th for my regular check-up/oil change & was greeted by Guadalupe, a lovely & energetic young lady, who showed me several new Elantra's. I had been considering a trade at some time in the future...Guadalupe asked me what I was looking for in a new car. She showed me approx 10 of the newest & best and I immediately found the one that I liked. However I still was not sure that I was ready to trade. She worked the numbers for me & gave me a fantastic buy-back price on my 2012. My new Elantra is fully loaded and is just a superb vehicle...a real beauty. I cannot recommend the Elantra enough to anyone who is considering...this is my 2nd Elantra and it is truly a wonderful vehicle. Oh by the way, it is also my 2nd Elantra purchase at Bob King. All of the people there are are very nice and make the experience very easy and a breeze. Please go by & see Guadalupe...she is super sweet & a real ball of fire!!! Tony was just great also...He makes the tedious paperwork go quickly and stress free. More

Take it for a ride! I have always been a Honda and Toyota girl. When I thought of buying a new car I knew it would be one of the two mentioned. So you see purchasing a Hyundai was a tough decision for me, way out of my comfort zone, I mean really way out of my comfort zone. I decided one day to drive this black Azera; I loved it!! However, the purchase was not the only thing that mattered to me. I am a firm believer in old fashion customer service; I must say Rick and Guadalupe were great. Guadalupe walked me through every feature on the car. Her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. She returned to see if we had any questions or had found something we would like to drive without being overbearing or pushy. This was my first experience buying a car on my own as a nearly 50 year old newly single woman. Guadalupe made it enjoyable and exciting. Her customer service skills are impeccable and her knowledge of the product is unsurpassed. I will definitely tell everyone I know to seek her out when looking to buy a car. I love my new Elantra and I truly thank Guadalupe for it! Furthermore, Tony Rios, in the finance area, made me feel at ease through the process. He was personable, informative, and just enjoyable to be with. Buying a car is a drawn out and tiring process but he made the financial end of the deal seamless and pleasant.
