Great car, great salesman, terrible manager My wife and I recently went to Bob King Hyundai to buy a brand new vehicle. When we arrived, we met with Cole (our salesman) and he was immediately ve My wife and I recently went to Bob King Hyundai to buy a brand new vehicle. When we arrived, we met with Cole (our salesman) and he was immediately very polite and personable. We told him the car we had in mind and he knew pretty much everything about it. We were very impressed with his level of professionalism and made us both feel comfortable. The reason for the 4/5 stars instead of 5/5 stars is because of the manager, Zach. He almost cost them from losing us as a customer within the first 5 seconds of meeting him. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, and not to mention very disrespectful to both my wife and I. For example, we were having a problem deciding whether or not to get the car, he told Cole (in front of us) that if we don't decide in 5 minutes then to leave us and move on. When my wife and I heard that, not only did Zach almost get cussed out but we almost left for good. The only reason why we didn't go elsewhere was because we respected Cole as a salesman and wanted him to get paid for putting the time into helping us. Other than Zach, everyone else was amazing. When we came back into the dealership to get the Zurich Shield applied to our vehicle, everyone was extremely nice and respectful, and made it feel like they were genuinely happy to have us there. So far, we love our new car. We would definitely come back again. More
