I dreaded car shopping - suprisingly easy I was with my husband during the test drive. He later dealt with the negotiating and beginning paperwork. We also talked with a gentleman in the repair area with questions, but I do not remember his name. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Can't complain about the process one bit.
