Marcus was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We wanted a 2016 hybrid with good legroom for a guy who's 6' 4” tall – and found one that exceeded our expectations. We left to do more research and visit more dealers – and got an offer from another dealer on the same make and model. We came back to see if Marcus could beat that deal because of the investment Marcus had made in educating us about the car and the dealership. Buying from a dealer in the city where we live was also a factor. Marcus had made a good case for buying from Bob King Hyundai.
