It was raining and cold. He came outside to greet us first and then sat down inside and talked with ALL of us including my graddaughter. He made sure she was involved int he entire process. We went outside and with us not just sent us to the lot to look on our own. We did go to two other dealers afterwards and came back to Richard that afternoon. Marcus was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We wanted a 2016 hybrid with good legroom for a guy who's 6' 4” tall – and found one that exceeded our expectations. We left to do more research and visit more dealers – and got an offer from another dealer on the same make and model. We came back to see if Marcus could beat that deal because of the investment Marcus had made in educating us about the car and the dealership. Buying from a dealer in the city where we live was also a factor. Marcus had made a good case for buying from Bob King Hyundai. After some intense, but friendly, negotiations, we got a deal that left us feeling we'd been well served.
