Great Customer Service My family and I went on Saturdday, October 3, 2015 to purchase my granddaughter a reliable car. We went to Bob King first stop. Richard on the Certifi My family and I went on Saturdday, October 3, 2015 to purchase my granddaughter a reliable car. We went to Bob King first stop. Richard on the Certified used car side. It was raining and cold. He came outside to greet us first and then sat down inside and talked with ALL of us including my graddaughter. He made sure she was involved int he entire process. We went outside and with us not just sent us to the lot to look on our own. We did go to two other dealers afterwards and came back to Richard that afternoon. Tony Rios the loan officer also involved my granddaughter in the process and made sure she was involved. Hats off to both of them they made All of feel welcomed and special. Thanks More
