My first red flag that I was going to have issues with Bob King was while in finance I was pretty much forced into buying a $2,000 warranty on my vehicle. The finance man Richard offered two financing options one with 9% APR and one with around 3%. He stated the catch to the 3% is that the finance company operates by taking the risk knowing that if your car does break down you will continue to pay the payments because you have a warranty that will cover that part of it. So basically he made it seem like the offer on the table was 9% APR with no warranty or 3% but you must spend the $2,000 on a warranty. I took the warranty just in order to get the sale closed and to get out of the door but I made sure to ask if I would be able to cancel this within 30 days if I change my mind. Long story short, I called the finance company, they had never heard of this, and then I called back and went to Bob King to cancel. When I confronted Richard with this he changed the subject immediately and just said "that's just what I'm told". Now 2 months after I have purchased the car I am still waiting for a tag. My 30 day tag already ran out once they just told me it "shouldn't" be an issue if I am to be pulled over as long as I have my paperwork" after 2 weeks of driving with an expired tag I finally heard back and was insured the tag would be there the next day. I drove an hour back to Winston to pick this up and of course the tag was not ready. They made me another 30 day tag and now a week later another employee has now notified me that they are having issues getting the title from the previous owner. It is always a different excuse, all the employees continue to blame another employee and pass the blame while they are talking to me, and continue not to help resolve any of the issues. It is obvious that as soon as I walked out the door I am the least of their worries and last on their priority list to help. Just be aware if you do purchase from them, if you need anything...this will probably be a lengthy process. The car is great so far thank goodness because I would hate to have an actual problem that they would have to fix seeing how deceiving and unhelpful they have been already. Even if you have to pay a little more for the car I would advise you to go anywhere but to this hyundai dealership. More

Though I didn't get approved initially, Nick and Richard made plans to take a look at the inventory and work with the bank for a few days after my initial visit and got me approved. Never would I have thought someone would go the extra mile to get me in a vehicle. More

I had negotiated with several dealers online and Cole was able to beat all of their offers and found me exactly what I wanted. Financing was easy with no unwanted pressure to purchase add-ons and overall it was a pleasant experience. Having worked in sales myself in the past I know how the games can be played and why people have a nervous feeling when purchasing a car. I can say with confidence if you are upfront and honest they will find a way to get the deal done. Cole Byland kept to his word in regards to all the figures and didn't try to knock down my trade-in like most used car managers out there would. I would recommend giving them a chance to earn your business. More
