We were "just looking" at what might be our next car since our 2008 Santa Fe was approaching the end of the extended warranty. While we were considering a late model used car, one of the cars in your inventory fit our needs perfectly... but it belonged to the owner of the dealership. We purchased it as a demo and yet it looks like it came off the showroom... thank you again for all your help and we look forward to maintaining the great relationship with the dealer as we maintain the car in the years ahead. Their "service" dept is seriously lacking! My 2011 Hyundai Sonata had 2 recalls that I was notified of by Hyundai so I took my car to Bob King Hyundai's service dept. I explained to the service My 2011 Hyundai Sonata had 2 recalls that I was notified of by Hyundai so I took my car to Bob King Hyundai's service dept. I explained to the service advisor that my engine was knocking intermittently at low speeds and the knocking increases with increased rpm's. My car has around 55,000 miles on it. They supposedly inspected the engine and said there was nothing wrong with it & they replaced the dipstick. Really? My engine knocks and you replace the dipstick? When I asked the service advisor why he thought it was knocking, he said "The engine sometimes makes a knocking noise when idling". Oh really? I may be a female but I know a engine does not normally knock when idling. I've brought my car here twice for the knocking noise & each time they say there is nothing wrong with my car. Needless to say, I will be joining the lawsuit against Hyundai for these crappy engines. I'm just waiting for the day that I'm stranded on the side of the read due to my engine seizing. Maybe then Bob King service folks will listen to their customer! More
