What a joke!!!! I purchased a car last year and have been at the dealership, every other week since. They sold me a vehicle that has been problem, after problem after I purchased a car last year and have been at the dealership, every other week since. They sold me a vehicle that has been problem, after problem after problem. The staff treat you like it is your fault although they have been aware of the issue SINCE day one. I am in the process of getting legal advise because of the awful experience and issues. My car what seemed to be a minor noise and now iI can barely drive it. Thank BOB KING service, you guys are surely "winning" if you objective is to create more headaches and issues for your customers. I will never buy another Mazda so I never have to deal with this service department. I just bought a car at Modern Infiniti and the service difference is unbelievable. It is unfortunate because I really loved my car and the sales team at Bob King has always been great to work with... sadly for them their service team is losing customers for them. I have contacted Ralph in regards to this matter and every jumped to it but he did not follow through, and all of the staff that I dealt with no longer work there. Mike seems like he wants to help you but then he makes you feel like you are a nuisance and delusional. More

Excellent Customer Service I was looking for a new SUV. I had a smaller one and wanted something a bit larger with a more comfortable ride. Guadalupe was the first smiling face I was looking for a new SUV. I had a smaller one and wanted something a bit larger with a more comfortable ride. Guadalupe was the first smiling face that met me as I got out of my vehicle. It was a Thursday evening a little later and we walked through the parking lot looking at the Santa Fe's. I had driven one earlier in the week and loved the ride and handling, but wasn't sold on that one. She showed me a black one, and I drove it home and to work the next day, but I didn't want black nor did it have all the options I wanted. Nick, the manager was really trying to find me the one I wanted. The next day Guadalupe found one on the Mazda lot and thought it was perfect, so the next day I went to look at it, and she was right, it was exactly what I wanted plus more! I called the next day from work, she had it ready for me to pick up and drive for the next day. I drove it until Tuesday evening, I knew I had to have it! My husband works 3rd shift and had to go in early, they worked quickly to have the paperwork done so we could get done quicker. Also, the Finance Manager Richard Dean was so personable and so knowledgeable about everything, he took time to explain all the details! Nick was very nice and worked hard to get me a decent deal. Guadalupe was more like a friend that I had known for a long time than a pushy salesperson, I felt so connected to her and she was so sweet and very detailed in explaining all the options and she even came in on her day off to help me finish the transaction because I wanted her to do it for me. Overall I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2014 Santa Fe Sport!! More
