Solid Experience from Sales Floor to Finance Guadalupe was a pleasure to work with. She even came in on her day off to ensure I was pleased with the delivery of my vehicle. I explained exactly what I wanted and the price I was looking to close the deal at. I had negotiated with several dealers online and Cole was able to beat all of their offers and found me exactly what I wanted. Financing was easy with no unwanted pressure to purchase add-ons and overall it was a pleasant experience. Having worked in sales myself in the past I know how the games can be played and why people have a nervous feeling when purchasing a car. I can say with confidence if you are upfront and honest they will find a way to get the deal done. Cole Byland kept to his word in regards to all the figures and didn't try to knock down my trade-in like most used car managers out there would. I would recommend giving them a chance to earn your business. More

Positive Car Buying Experience I was approaching 300,000 mile on my commuting car and my research had peaked my interest in the Mazda 3. My wife had recently purchased a Sorento at I was approaching 300,000 mile on my commuting car and my research had peaked my interest in the Mazda 3. My wife had recently purchased a Sorento at Bob King Kia so we decided to visit Bob King Mazda for a test drive. Guadalupe listened closely before showing us two trim levels. She was quite knowledgeable about the car and its features but what we appreciated most was her "customer focused" approach to her job. She made sure we were comfortable the entire time and made the whole process easy. It was a pleasure meeting and working with her. We love our new Mazda 3. More

Spectacular My husband and I both are not big on dealerships and dealing with "salespeople." This experience was different. Guadalupe was the first person to come My husband and I both are not big on dealerships and dealing with "salespeople." This experience was different. Guadalupe was the first person to come to us and I am so glad. First she made such an effort to listen to us and really find out what was important in the car buying process for us. After looking and almost giving up, we found a car without a price tag. She immediatly went inside and researched for us. You know you found a great salesperson when they are running and shouting " I have GREAT news!" It turned out the car was under our designated price range and was just what we were looking for. Even after selling us the car, Guadalupe made such an effort to know us and made us feel comfortable. Some many other places are set out to earn every penny they can from you. This was a great experience and one that will bring us back in the future. More

The Worst Experience Ever. Bait and Switch SCAM!! Worst experience EVER! I was emailed a "firm" purchase price only to find out when I arrived that the pricing offered on their website and sent to me Worst experience EVER! I was emailed a "firm" purchase price only to find out when I arrived that the pricing offered on their website and sent to me via email was nothing but a bait and switch scam! When I arrived with my internet coupon guaranteed price in hand they immediately started back pedaling and pulling the classic let me see what my manager can do, routine. Long story short I was promised a deal in writing (which I will share and post soon) but when it came time for the dealer to honor it they backed out and would not stand behind their own written offer. This was a $4000 difference, nothing to play games with. I really do not like car dealers and these guys are the EXACT reason I don't. I do my home work methodically and make sure when I arrive that all facts are in writing and I can get in and out as quickly as possible. Well one thing worked well here, I did get out quickly because I walked out the door after being lied to and deceived by this dealer. More

GREAT! Guadalupe Hewitt made my 2nd experience at buying a car from Bob King GREAT! I knew after owning a 2011 Sonata I would buy another one when the time Guadalupe Hewitt made my 2nd experience at buying a car from Bob King GREAT! I knew after owning a 2011 Sonata I would buy another one when the time was right. I really was not ready but my mother in law ask me to help her in purchasing a new car. I really wanted her to look at the Hyundai. So we stopped by Bob King and meet Guadalupe and the rest was history! She was so supporting and helpful in all our needs. Once my mother in law bought a car from Guadalupe I was back in a few days to buy my new Sonata from her. Thanks to Marcus, Jared and Richard for their help also. The whole experience was GREAT! More
