Amazing car buying experience. I worked exclusively with an amazing employee--Steve York. He was not pushy at all but was attentive and helpful. A week or so later, he called to see how my shopping was going. Again, without pushing me to buy--just to see if he could do anything to help. A few weeks went by and I still had yet to find anything on the market that I liked. I called Steve back after the initially great experience and gave him my budget and bottom line. He said he had the perfect car. I stopped in that evening, test drove it, loved it, and came back the next day to make the purchase. It could not have gone more smoothly. Steve really made this the best car buying experience I could have imagined. It was painless and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful, new-to-me Toyota Yaris. A great car from a great dealer! Both individuals were very helpful in making sure that I received any assistance I needed. Were able to help get me into a car before all of them sold off of the lot, as it appeared that 3/4 the available c received any assistance I needed. Were able to help get me into a car before all of them sold off of the lot, as it appeared that 3/4 the available cars were sold/damaged in a day and a half. The prices were pretty competitive, and the Trade in value was MUCH better than any of the other dealers I Visited. My one suggestion is that the "Clear upfront price" is not very clear when I can't go online and view the price. Only a select few cars actually showed the price online. The rest you had to go to the dealership and actually look at the cars to see the price. I saw this as a bit misleading since It said "We post our prices online for everyone, including our competitors to see". NONE of the Prius's had their price shown online. They all stated "Call for details" or "Come in for quote". Other than that, I really enjoyed my experience. More

I worked with Steve York and he was VERY HELPFUL! His integrity and willingness to go above and beyond were very much appreciated. He quoted me a price and stuck with it even though the price was writt integrity and willingness to go above and beyond were very much appreciated.
