After a great test drive and tons of Toyota product information from Mark I knew that I made the right choice in a vehicle and a dealer. My purchase was quick, accurate and a positive experience. The following day my new Toyota Tundra was waiting for my arrival. After a quick paperwork session Mark guided me to my new truck and showed me all the great features and made sure I familiar with every detail. Mo Bishi is fabulous! We visitied Dorschel Toyota on a Friday unexpectedly in our search for a SUV to replace our Toyota Camry Hybrid. Mr. Bishi greeted us, escorted us to his cubicle and took time to understand our needs. He was attentive, listened well and never tried to influence our decisions. We decided to try a Rav4 first, and he went to get the vehicle for us to test drive. When he found out it had sold, he brought back an even better match to our needs, lower mileage and including the "Limited" features we really wanted. He accompanied us on our test drive, made friendly conversation and never pressured us. When we made the decision to purchase the Rav4, he managed all the necessary paperwork for our trade-in, Toyota financing, DMV and insurance through contacting our agent. It was a pleasant overall experience, and we have already recommended him and the dealership to friends. More
