A good car-buying experience I went to Dorschel to look at the Toyota Prius, and ended up buying one! Dorschel was the first place I looked because they had a good inventory and I went to Dorschel to look at the Toyota Prius, and ended up buying one! I wasn't sure at first whether this was the car for me and the sales person (Angel) was refreshingly easy-going with the sales pitch. He was also patient and accommodating as I came back for a second test drive, then ended up requesting that they find a trade to get exactly the color and trim we wanted. I will also say that they did a great job closing the deal quickly once I made the decision, and this was key as the toyota incentives were expiring within a few days. I should also say that I appreciated their trade-in appraisal system, which I believe was fair and much more transparent than what I've experienced previously. More
