Sales misunderstanding regarding Avalon features. Had decided to buy an Avalon instead of another Highlander (had one since 2005), under the assumption that the rear seats would 'fold-down' providing Had decided to buy an Avalon instead of another Highlander (had one since 2005), under the assumption that the rear seats would 'fold-down' providing extended trunk space (the trunk is quite limited as is). Without verifying this, but taking the salesman's confirmation that the seats do fold down, I leased a 2015 Avalon. Although 'all other feature/functions' of the Avalon are very nice indeed, and I will likely enjoy it over the 3 yr lease term of this car, I would not have leased this car model had I realized the total storage was limited to the trunk space. **The trunk space is simply too small for practical usage by sports enthusiasts ... like me. So count me among the less than completely satisfied by this salesman. I clearly should have done more research/homework and verified this expected featured. More

We let him know our budget and preferences and he offered us a 3 year old car that looks and feels like new for a fair price, of course we bought it. I e-mailed him and he got right back to me and said he would e-mail me a copy on Saturday morning. Sure enough just before 9:00 am on Saturday he sent me my copy. Then on Sunday we decided we wanted to change how the car was registered so I e-mailed him again, he called me on his day off to discuss it and again said he would handle it when he got to work on Monday morning.
