I asked for a better price and they went on the internet and matched the lowest price they found, which I felt was very reasonable from my price researching. They also had the best reviews, by far, which I think a lot was because of their service department. More

Great Price, Customer Service needs improvement I have three main comments concerning my experience at Dorschel. Meghan Garofalo was the salesperson and with a few exceptions, she was wonderful t I have three main comments concerning my experience at Dorschel. Meghan Garofalo was the salesperson and with a few exceptions, she was wonderful to work with. After discussing the car I desired to test drive, Meghan went out to the lot to bring a car for me to test drive. It was at least 20 minutes before she returned with a car. I would have appreciated if she had called the front desk so someone could have explained to us the reason for the delay. As it turned out, Meghan had located a car in my desired color and was running it through the car wash.. The test drive was acceptable with one exception. Meghan was on her cellphone quite a bit and I had to interrupt her several times to ask her questions. When I'm test driving a new car, I believe the focus should be on the customer. When the test drive was completed, Meghan was great with discussing the cost and financing. She was very patient while answering my questions. I decided to purchase the car that I test drove. A week later I picked up the car. Meghan was very good at explaining the features of the car and helped set up my phone and iPod on Bluetooth. I asked to look in the cargo area and noticed the cargo mat I had purchased was not there. Meghan quickly retrieved it, but I think the car should have been checked over before my arrival. I noticed when I arrived home that I had forgotten to take my garage door opener from the car I had traded in. I called immediately upon my arrival at home but the dealership was closed I called shortly after the dealership opened the next day (Saturday). I explained my problem to the receptionist who indicated that she would transfer me to Meghan's phone even though I explained that Meghan worked Monday - Friday. I immediately called again, explaining my situation to a different receptionist. I was transferred to a different salesperson and he said that he would call back in a few minutes. I called a third time a few hours later and received the same runaround. I finally decided to drive down to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, I explained my problem to the receptionist who retrieved a manager. Within 5 minutes, I had my garage door opener back. It was upsetting to have to call at least 3 times then drive down to the dealership before this very small problem could be resolved. In my mind, I should have been able to call once and told that within a short period of time I could come to the dealership to pick up my garage door opener. More
