Deal problem James and Matthew, I am sending you this note to vent my dissatisfaction with the outcome of the deal we made for the 2018 Highlander. I was l James and Matthew, I am sending you this note to vent my dissatisfaction with the outcome of the deal we made for the 2018 Highlander. I was led to believe that you were picking up the remainder of payments due on the 2016 Highlander for turning it in early. What I believe actually took place is that I ended up paying for the month of December on the 2016...a month for which I do not have use of the vehicle. This happened because I had the 2016 set up on auto pay and the payment was made the same day I signed up for the 2018. When you checked the balanced due and the payment was already credited that day to my account for December. So it looks like my good deal ended up costing me an additional $468.31. I guess technically I still have use of the 2016 for the month of December since I did pay for the use of the vehicle and you paid for January and February. I would like to think that I have got it all wrong...you tell me! Chuck K (no response yet!) More

I said great it is certified told it was a mistake... talks to manager and I was offered it certified with extended warranty for about $1800 .. really? Stupidly i said I would still buy .. The night before delivery I was called and said something was "cut out" of interior by previous owner, it would be 600 to fix and they are not going to do it. Called the next morning and said I wasn't buying it anymore. Once they knew I was buying a few things changed. Salesman was good but probably doing as told. I can buy cars anywhere and have the cash to do so. Just not buying there. More

Excellent Experience! Then he took us on a couple test rides - with no pressure as to a time frame that we had to finish or make our decision by. Joe made us feel like we were the most important people and our car buying decision was also something that we should take our time with. No pressure!!!
