Got the car after 2 weeks of frustratiom With two very specific needs, after a very poor experience at a previous dealership, as soon as we ran our credit our deposit was basically held as ra With two very specific needs, after a very poor experience at a previous dealership, as soon as we ran our credit our deposit was basically held as ransom and we were lead to believe a few different things. We only asked for two things and upon getting ready to sign papers, George came up with a last minute the price change, became indescribably rude and when we asked for our deposit, again it wasn't provided. George with finance was the most disrespectful person we encountered during the process. In the end Peter with management salvaged the sale, but we left with a sour taste in our mouth towards Bob Johnson as a whole, which then got worse when the check engine light came on 4 days into owning the vehicle. Overall, Adam was effective and kind but we received multiple texts at very inconvenient and uncomfortable hours, as late as 3 am, after mentioning it more than once, George needs to work on his people skills and Peter was helpful. More
