Good experience but had one problem. I have had a good experiences when service has been done. The car needed an an oil change. A couple of days after the oil change I opened the hood and I have had a good experiences when service has been done. The car needed an an oil change. A couple of days after the oil change I opened the hood and I found the engine cover to be dirty with oil spots on it. The car should not be returned in that condition. I was a little surprised when I opened the hood. I have had intermittent troubles with my Key FOB . It seems like the real cause of this is not known. I've been given various reasons for the problem and still have it. More

Usually really good , lately not so much I have always been very happy with Bob Johnson Chevy. I have taken my impala there numerous times , always received great service 2 months ago I called to order recall parts for my mother's car , they said 2 weeks on the parts. I called after 2 weeks and they said another week , now its 6 weeks later and I walk into their shop. No one ever ordered the parts. I had to go re order everything and was assured they would be in within 2 weeks More
Not impressed I bought a 2016 vehicle from bob Johnson had it for 2 weeks when the battery died on it. I didn’t not leave any lights on so there was no reason for i I bought a 2016 vehicle from bob Johnson had it for 2 weeks when the battery died on it. I didn’t not leave any lights on so there was no reason for it to have died. Triple A jump started it and told me to run it for a while then bring it to autozone to have the battery life tested. Upon doing that autozone informed me the battery was bad. I was very frustrated and disappointed that this was overlooked before selling me the car. I missed 2 very important Drs appointments on this day because I was stranded with a dead battery. This made me lose any kind of assurance that the vehicle was looked over at all before selling it to me. I made an appointment with the service center and when I brought the car in I asked for a full diagnostic report to be done. The guy working gave me attitude like I was over reacting for a dead battery and tried to say that there is no way to test for that kind of thing before selling a car, which is completely untrue. They came out and told me it was only a dead battery and they replaced it but I do not feel confident that I wasn’t taken advantage of. More
Terrible customer service!!! I purchased a vehicle here in March and had nothing but problems from them. We agreed on a price for vehicle and then they listed it online on their I purchased a vehicle here in March and had nothing but problems from them. I notified my salesmAn Tyler at their Greece location to be advised there is nothing he can do about it. I go to pick up vehicle receive a call on the way to be told they will not have it ready at time they promised it to be. Keep in mind I had an hour drive there and they knew for 2 days ahead of time when I was picking it up. Apparently problem with tires although they say they go through a 172 point inspection. I drive there still in hopes that they will have it ready by the time I get there wait over an hour and am told I will not be able to get it that day. I receive vehicle end of next day. Upon inspection of vehicle the next day I find they never replaced missing piece of rubber on hood. I contact Tyler and am told he checked all other vehicles on the lot and they didn't have piece. I further contact him because it didn't make sense and he advised me he only has so much control over the maintenance department. Hence he obviously lied about the piece not belonging there. Totally disappointed with my whole experience. I purchased from the Greece certified dealership. And sales associates name was Tyler More
