Smooth & Painless Service Visit Andrew Bisig was great to work with. He was very thorough at explaining everything to me and making sure there was nothing else needed for my car whi Andrew Bisig was great to work with. What I did have to pay for was reasonably priced and I got the car back in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing I wasn't crazy about is the loaner I got which was a HUGE Silverado truck. Mind you, I drive a teeny little Cruze, so this was a challenge for me. Wished I could have had something more manageable to drive like I've had in the past .... but you get what you get! All in all, another smooth and painless service visit at Bob Johnson's! More
