great end of day service I showed up 20 minutes before closing time on a Friday night. The first attempt to solve 3-dash errors was $837.00. Was told would solve all issues, but in fact all errors were present after. Then was told I needed another $500 in additional parts and labor. As expected I was not happy and was told I would be called the following day as the service writer was going to "see what he could do for me ". I waited 10 days! And had to call. Was told labor would be waived, but when I got the bill $135 of labor present. Just a bunch of crap 💩 from that facility. Never to return. More

Low Pressure Sale - Great Salesperson I was hesitant to stop into Bob Johnson as it can be an extremely busy dealership. In the past, I've felt like a potential sale there and not an indi I was hesitant to stop into Bob Johnson as it can be an extremely busy dealership. In the past, I've felt like a potential sale there and not an individual. I'm glad I gave them another opportunity. My sales person, Laura Tallents was absolutely great, and Bob Johnson Chevrolet should be aware of this rising star! At no time did I feel pressured at all in the sale. Laura showed me four cars and I test drove each on two separate visits. During these visits she was very patient and answered all my questions - and even helped me with some features on one of my other cars! In addition, Laura worked with me well past closing on a Friday night. She definitely changed my mind about this dealership. Bob Johnson will be on the top of my list for my next auto purchase and Laura will be my go-to salesperson. More
