Found the perfect car for me, and had a signed deal by time I left. However, the excellent customer service didn't stop there. The day I picked up my car and we were signing the papers, she realized that Finance had missed adding my $277 rewards dollars. Immediately, sent the contract back and had it re-done and my payment went down! The next day I was having problems with the blue tooth connection. Again Carrissa was there for me, took my call explained what I needed to do. I can't say enough about the excellent sales person Carrissa is! Didn't get my online credit or the 2nd key I completed the online form and was to get $100.00 credit that I wanted to purchase a truck bed cover.
