Brakes Service I expected to have all my brakes were in need of replacement due to pulsation on braking. The service advisor informed me that the rear brakes were t I expected to have all my brakes were in need of replacement due to pulsation on braking. The service advisor informed me that the rear brakes were the cause. They replaced the rear rotors and pads and that it would fix the pulsation problem. I drove it and the braking was smooth and I was satisfied. I ended up only paying for the 2 rear brake service and can put off replacing the fronts later this year. I also didn't have to wait very long and had a cup of coffee and a snack. More

Found the perfect car for me, and had a signed deal by time I left. However, the excellent customer service didn't stop there. The day I picked up my car and we were signing the papers, she realized that Finance had missed adding my $277 rewards dollars. Immediately, sent the contract back and had it re-done and my payment went down! The next day I was having problems with the blue tooth connection. Again Carrissa was there for me, took my call explained what I needed to do. I can't say enough about the excellent sales person Carrissa is!
