Bad experience, felt taken advantage of I brought my vehicle in to be looked at for a noise in the front end and a light coming on. I was told a dealer would need to see it. When the service rep called and said they found the problem and quoted me for the work, I commented on how high it seemed in cost, I was told "well that is what it costs". My husband who is not able to be reached during the day could not help me with the decision. Not knowing any better and needing my car to be fixed, trusting them I said ok. When my husband got out of work and heard could not believe how much they charged us. When we went to pick up my car and discuss the bill there were no managers there to speak with and the employee there could not help us. I have spoken to many people and other mechanics that agree we were charged too much. I was told the part was expensive because it is a GM part with a life time warranty. My vehicle is a 2008 with over 120,000 miles. I would have preferred if given the choice to put a less expensive part on since I will not have this car for that many more years. I was never given the choice or even offered any less expensive options even after I commented on the expense. We had to pay the bill that day and were told to call Monday to discuss with a manager. We did call, had to leave a message. When the manager called back on Tuesday we were told because it was authorized they will not come down on price. We were told I would have had to ask for a less expensive part. Being that I do not know auto mechanics and trusted them I paid the price in the end. I work hard for my money and paying over $700 for a wheel bearing is absolutely ridiculous. I was taken advantage of! I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience there and will no longer take my vehicle or recommend that anyone else go there as well. More

Tire repair, Removed a nail from the back left tire and plugged the hole, seems to have worked fine. I waited in waiting room 45 minutes while work was done.
